AM20801 pressure sensor chip welding machine
This machine is newly developed and specially used for soldering equipment of producing medical disposable pressure sensor chips. With compact structure, welding position is determined by using optical fiber sensor. It has the characteristics of fast speed and high accuracy, and adopts a high-power soldering station, which has fast temperature recovery speed, accurate temperature control, and stable welding effect.
